Putuoshan sea area held a martime emergency comprehensive drill

At 9:30 am yesterday, with the order of the general commander of the drill, Putuoshan sea area martime emergency comprehensive drill was officially begun.
 
The drill was simulated when the passenger ship “Haianke” carrying 95 passengers and 12 crew members was sailing on the way from the passenger terminal to Putuo Mountain. The ship’s fuel pipe broke due to fire, the main engine failed to float, and then it was collided with the fishing boat “Zhepu Fishin 001”, causing two passengers on the “Haianke” wheel to fall into the water and one passenger was injured. At 9:59, the accident site commander reported to the Municipal Maritime Search and Rescue Center and Putuoshan Zhujiajian management committee that the dangerous situation was completed. According to reports, the oil spill emergency drill has 7 units, 7 ships and more than 100 people participating in the joint exercise. It was used oil spill materials such as oil absorbent pads, oil absorbent booms and so on. The exercise examined the effectiveness of the emergency plan and improved the emergency response level of the units in the Putuoshan sea area and the emergency coordination capacity of the department.
