In 2020, Ningbo Zhoushan Port “119”ship-shore joint comprehensive emergency drill was held at the Daxie 300,000-ton crude oil terminal.
 
The drill was simulated that during the loading process of the “Zheyongyou 10” tanker at the No. 2 berth of the China National Petroleum Terminal, a small amount of crude oil entered the sea due to the ship’s operating errors. After the danger was occurred, CNPC immediately launched the "Offshore Oil Spill Site Disposal Plan", implemented various emergency response measures, and sprayed oil spill dispersants to carry out offshore oil spill cleanup operations. During the period, the ship’s deck caused a fire due to static electricity generated by the cleaning operations, and the CNPC immediately launched the "Fire Site Disposal Plan" to assist in the evacuation of the relevant ship personnel, and at the same time, they reported the request of the maritime affairs, port bureau, port survey, shipping department and other units Fire forces assist. Subsequently, the ship "Yonggang Xiaotuo No. 7" ship and "Yonggang Xiaotuo No. 8" ship rushed to the scene and released water to extinguish the open fire.
