Yichun Ship Inspection Department Strengthens ship pollution prevention work

In order to promote the green development of Yichun shipping and improve the level of ship pollution prevention, the Yichun City Ship Inspection Department has recently conducted special inspections on ships in operation in its jurisdiction, and put forward rectification opinions in accordance with the latest regulations, which have received positive responses from ship owners. Up to now, more than 200 ships have rectified their anti-pollution equipment in accordance with the latest regulations, and storage of pollution prevention materials(oil absorbent pads, oil booms,etc.) have checked again,and the anti-pollution inspections of the remaining ships are planned to be carried out in conjunction with operational inspections.
