Xiaoqinghe re-navigation (Zibo section) project resumed work

After the Spring Festival holiday, 55 project managers and 266 construction workers returned to their posts in a timely manner. At present, the earthwork excavation of the channel, the concrete slope protection construction, the ship lock bottom plate and the bridge pile foundation work have been fully resumed. The total amount of channel expansion are 4.5557 million cubic meters of sediment dredging by using silt curtains and dredgers, 3.2864 million cubic meters of ship lock earth excavation, and 308,900 square meters of bank protection project; The pile foundation of Jingjia Bridge was 91% completed, and the cap was 9% completed; the pile foundation of Tangkou Bridge was 56% completed; the platform, pier column and cap beam of Jinjiayan Bridge, Dayuan Bridge, and Cuijia Bridge were 100% completed. Accumulatively,it has completed 36.2% of the investment plan. The person in charge of the project said that he will take the opportunity of Xiaoqinghe's re-navigation to fill the gap in water transportation in our city, realize sea-river combined transportation, and help the construction of a strong transportation city in Zibo.
