When the quartet of the Haiyan County Transportation Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Team cruised to the entrance of the Songtang Bridge Port of the Guantang Line Channel, it was discovered that a large area of oil spilled on the river surface, which was spreading along the river surface to the northwest of the Guantang Line Channel along with the wind. After nearly an hour of hard work, the law enforcement team finally enclosed a large area of oil at the mouth of the Songtang Bridge Port channel with an oil containment booms. At the same time, the Haiyan ship oil sewage recovery vessel "Jiaxing Oil Pollution 01" rushed to the scene to carry out follow-up oil pollution clean-up work.
