River dredging is busy, allowing clear water to flow smoothly

Recently, Huilongba Town, Shapingba District carried out Liangtan River dredging activities.
The town uses lengthened excavators and silt curtains to control and clean up the sediments and silt in the Qinglongmiao section of the Liangtan River and on both banks of the river, and organizes representatives of the People’s Congress and volunteers to artificially carry out pollutants such as garbage, weeds, dead branches and leaves on both sides of the river.
More than 40 tons of weeds and silt were removed that day, which effectively improved the river's self-purification capacity and improved the river's ecological environment.
