An oil spill emergency drill was held at the V standard of the waterway regulation project

On May 16, the Yangtze River Channel Rehabilitation "645" Project Wu'an Section Rehabilitation Project V Standard Project Management Department and the Yangtze River Maritime Department of the East Coast Marine Department carried out oil spill emergency drill in the construction area of the Gaotan guard project on the right edge of Yudaizhou.
The drill was dispatched one maritime patrol boat and one engineering safety patrol boat, and 15 participants. In order to ensure the authenticity of emergency response, the drill is set as a scriptless drill, that is, the proposed plan is not adopted, the deployment is not made in advance, and the location and scope of the oil spill are not set in advance.
The drill was simulated the occurrence of oil pollution near the construction waters. After the construction ships discovered, they reported the relevant oil spills to the emergency monitoring center of the project department as soon as possible, and took a series of emergency response measures. The emergency monitoring center immediately reported to the project manager and Dongliu Maritime Department immediately after receiving the report. The project department promptly launched the "Special Emergency Plan for Ship Oil Spills", and each emergency action team and safety patrol boat carried out operations according to the division of responsibilities; after received the police, the Dongliu Maritime Department urgently dispatched the maritime patrol boat to the scene of the accident to jointly analyze the situation and adjust the actual dynamic on-site oil spill emergency response action plan, and then they formulated emergency response measures, participated ships and personnel united and cooperated, completed the emergency response task in a short time. It was used oil absorbent pads and oil booms for oil spill controlling and cleaning.
