The Fuzhou Maritime Bureau immediately adjusted the rescue plan, informing all the crew of the "Rongning 191" ship to wear life jackets, close the fast-closing fuel valve on the ship, release the life raft, organize all the crew to abandon the ship, and wait for the next high tide to carry out the ship's shallow disposal . At 12:50 on the 21st, the 6 crew members of the "Rongning 191" ship were safely evacuated to the "Hai Xun 08203" law enforcement boat of the Fuzhou Maritime Bureau. At around 23:00 on the 22nd, the "Rongning 191" ship was supervised by the sea cruiser and the rescue tug, and the ship was in good condition and no oil spill pollution accident occurred.
