The oil spill area is about 3 square meters,it is spreading and needs support.” After that, the dispatcher quickly reported the information to the duty manager, and checked whether there was a refueling truck near the stand, and notified him to arrive at stand 08 to assist in handling.

At 08:54, the manager on duty received the information and quickly arranged for rescuers on the scene to bring emergency equipment to the guard assembly.
