The urban river dredging project is to dredge the three rivers in the urban area between the Zhenjiang Wangtou Water Control Project, the Wujiang Yizhou Hydropower Station and the Beijiang Mengzhouba Hydropower Station (including the Zhenjiang River, the Wujiang River and the Beijiang River). The length is 32.97km. Among them, the section from Wantou Hydropower Station of Zhenjiang River to the urban customs section is 12.06km; the section from Yizhou Hydropower Station of Wujiang River to the urban customs section is 9.8km; and the section from the mouth of Beijiang River Customs Liangjiang to the Mengzhouba hydropower station is 11.11km. The project adopts dredging boats dreedging(also including silt curtains for controlling the silt first), water ship transportation, shore vehicle transfer and other methods. It is estimated that the total amount of dredging will be 3.1877 million cubic meters, and the planned construction period of the project is about 5 months. The roar of machines and personnel was shuttling around the scene,creating a busy scene. The project is designed according to the once-in-20-year flood control standard, and the temporary buildings are designed according to the once-in-five-year flood control standard.
