Yichang Maritime launched flood prevention and rescue comprehensive water emergency drill

When the pollutant receiving ship "Huajie No. 1" from the jurisdiction of the Yidu Maritime Department was sailing to the waters of Baishui Port in Zhicheng. Suddenly, the main engine and steering gear lost power and rudder efficiency. The ship lost control and quickly drifted downwards, threatening the navigation safety of the bridge area the safety of Zhicheng Bridge, and a water emergency assistance was kicked off immediately!

The Yidu Maritime Department immediately rescued the ship in the accident in accordance with the emergency plan, adopted temporary traffic control measures, broadcasted safety information to remind passing ships to avoid evasiveness, released drones to find out the situation on the spot, dispatched youth flood prevention and rescue commandos, marine patrol boats and coordinated social ships for rescue. In accordance with the "Emergency Response Plan for Ship Loss of Control", "Hai Xun 12249" ship successfully tied and towed the "Huajie No. 1" ship to the waters of Baishui Port to anchor the Jingcai engineering ship.

After intense and orderly tying and towing for rescue, the out-of-control ship "Huajie 1" was successfully anchored to the Jingcai engineering ship. However, when its staff accidentally fell into the water while inspecting the shafting system for maintenance, a life-saving  operation was continuing carrying.

After receiving the danger, the youth flood control commando successfully rescued the crew from the water by using marine patrol boats, unmanned aerial vehicles, intelligent life-saving devices and other facilities. The current vital signs are normal. However, the maritime cruiser responsible for maintaining order on the scene found that there was oil leakage from the stern of the "Huajie No. 1" ship.the exercise was still going on. With the close cooperation of the crew of each boat, the young commando used drones to observe the oil spill, set up oil booms to control the spread of oil spills, and used oil absorbent pads and oil absorbent booms to recover oil on the water. The oil spill at the rear of the ship has been effectively controlled, the oil on the river surface has been cleaned up, and the used oil absorbent pads and oil absorbent booms were recycled to a special storage bag, which would not cause secondary pollution to the water environment.

In the high temperature in summer, "Huajie No. 1" ship is used as a ship pollutant recovery ship, a large amount of solid garbage and oily sewage are accumulated on the cargo warehouse and deck, which are prone to ship fire accidents. The crew accidentally ignited the trash cans stacked on the fore deck during the overhaul, causing the bow of the ship to catch fire and the tendency to spread to the oily water tank... After receiving the fire alarm, the "Huajie 1" ship carried out self-rescue at the same time. Haixun 12291 ship responded quickly and turned on the fire pump to control the surrounding fire. The law enforcement officers from maritime patrol 12249 ship carried a backpack-type foam fire extinguisher to put out the fire. With the cooperation of the crew and the commandos, the fire was successfully put out.
