On September 12, the dredging vessels carried out dredging operations at the Taipingkou waterway in Yangtze River. At 8 o'clock on the same day, the water level of the monitoring channel of the Yangtze River Shashi City was 2.17 meters, and the water level continued to decline from the previous days. The waterway department dispatched large dredging vessels with silt curtains to carry out maintenance dredging of the navigation waterway in Beicha waters to ensure the safe navigation of the vessels.
