The third is to strengthen the post-evaluation of emergency drills, and find and correct the weak links and deficiencies in the emergency response through drills and further improve the speed of emergency response. After the end of drill, the head of the Maritime Department should further requested law enforcement officers to be skilled in using law enforcement recorders, VHf and other law enforcement equipment. The crew of the boat must memorize the life-saving fire alarm and the use of equipment in the sea patrol boat.
