A Maritime ship oil spill joint emergency drill was held in Sanya

On the morning of October 11, the Phoenix Island Phase II terminal, a joint emergency drill was under intense pressure for simulating marine oil spills against the background of fuel spills into the sea during the refueling process of the ship. During the exercise, the "Changle Princess" cruise ship belonging to Sanya Phoenix Island International Cruise Port Development Co., Ltd. was docked at the dock, and the fuel pipe was ruptured. The crew found that "diesel" spilled over the sea and immediately reported to the terminal dispatching room. After the Sanya Huali Company's boom fenced ship arrived at the scene, the oil spill control and removal operations were launched according to the plan, and the oil spill was recovered by oil absorbent pads and oil skimmer. Finally, the oil dispersant was sprayed to eliminate residual oil. The drill was tested the emergency command system and exercised the cleanup team.
