Fuling District Port and Shipping Bureau conduct hazardous chemicals spills drill

Fuling District Port and Shipping Bureau cooperated with the Futong Logistics conduct hazardous chemicals spills drill, this drill was conducted around the benzene spill and fence cleaning subjects.
 
During the drill, it was simulated when the on-duty personnel found the benzene spilled and leaked in the unloading process due to the uncompletely closed of pipeline shut-off valve closed during the unloading process. The company immediately launched the emergency plan to organize the emergency team members to rescue the area. After received the alarm, they responded quickly and sent a rescue boat to the scene to maintain the water traffic order and guide the enterprise to recycle the dangerous chemicals spilling into the river by deploying oil booms.
 
The drill was carried out in an orderly manner, they completed the scheduled projects, it tested the emergency response capabilities of the bureau and enterprises, and improved the emergency rescue awareness and accident handling capabilities of the emergency team.
