Jiayang Coal Mine launched a series of environmental pollution accident emergency drill. This year, the coal mine carried out three pollution “accident” emergency drills for oil pollution accident, water quality accident and sulfuric acid spillover accident. After received the “accident” report on the site, the dispatching center reported the escalation according to the standard process and launched the emergency plan. The rescue personnel went to the scene of the accident in the first time for preventing the pollution accident from further expansion. In the case of first-hand information, the members of the Leading Group of the Emergency Rescue Department further observed the situation of the accident handling, negotiated specific plans for the decision-making to properly handle the pollution sources, and conducted detailed actions according to the responsibilities of the team members. It was used oil absorbent pads for cleaning the oil spill. In this round of exercise, the Coal Mine Environmental Protection Office made a comprehensive summary of the achievements and exposed deficiencies in the emergency drills.
