The first comprehensive utilization dredging project in Huanggang City

On December 16, the construction of the dredging project and the comprehensive utilization of dredging materials in the Xiaochi Binjiang comprehensive wharf was officially started. The construction period will last 60 days, and the total dredging volume was 211,000 cubic meters.
 
Affected by the evolution of the river regime, the harbor pool of the Xiaochi Binjiang comprehensive wharf was severely silted. In September of this year, when the Yangtze River entered into the dry season, the Xiaochi Wharf gradually became a "waterless port", which could easily lead to ship stranding and reef accidents. There were major safety hazards. Production was suspended for 3 months due to silt blocking.
    
In order to solve the serious sedimentation problem of the Xiaochi wharf, the Wuhan Gangfa Group, with the strong support of the provincial, municipal and county governments and competent authorities at all levels, finally obtained the approval of dredging and the comprehensive utilization of dredging materials. It was got the approval. It will use a large amount of silt curtains for controlling and cleaning the blocking silt.
