CCCC Guangzhou won the bid for the dredging and widening of the seaway western Shenzhen Port

CCCC Guangzhou won the bid for the dredging and widening of the seaway in the western port area of Shenzhen Port. The construction site of this project starts from Neilingding Island in the east of Lingdingyang in the Pearl River Estuary and reaches to Dachanwan Port Area. The construction scale of the waterway is designed to be full-time, one-way, and fully navigable. The total construction length is about 6 kilometers. The main construction tasks are waterway dredging by deploying silt curtains, widening, and protection and reconstruction of municipal sewage pipes.
 
After the completion of the project, it will further improve the traffic capacity of the waterway and the operating efficiency of the port, and solve the problem that the freight throughput of the existing waterway cannot meet the development needs of the port, and it will become an important engine for the prosperity of the Shenzhen port, especially the western port area.
