Yangpu launched comprehensive maritime emergency response disposal drill

On the morning of December 4, the Yangpu Offshore Search and Rescue Sub-organization organized the Yangpu Maritime Bureau, the Danzhou Agriculture and Rural Affairs Bureau, the Danzhou Emergency Management Bureau and other units to conduct comprehensive marine firefighting, rescue, and oil spill drill at the Baimajing Anchorage, it was purposed to inspect the emergency accidents handling capacities of Yangpu.
 
The drill was simulated the Yangpu Offshore Search and Rescue Center received the alarm of the "Jinjia 33" ship at 10 a.m., saying that the ship exploded while fueling the fishing boat at the Baimajing Anchorage. About 2 tons of fuel leaked into the sea, and two staff members fell into the water and then missed, there are plenty of fishing boats around. The danger is serious, which seriously threatens the lives and property of the surrounding ships, docks and the people.
 
After verified the danger, the Yangpu Offshore Search and Rescue Sub-center immediately launched an emergency plan for maritime emergencies, guided the accident ship to carry out self-rescue work, set up warning signs in the surrounding waters in distress, and sent safety warning information; designated the "Sea Patrol 11502" ship as the field command, coordinated relevant departments to carry out search and fire rescue. The situation will be reported to the Quzhou Emergency Management Bureau, the people in the vicinity of the wharf will be promptly driven out, vigilance and traffic control will be implemented, and navigation warnings will be issued. In the end, the drowning staffs were rescued, the fire was controlled, and the sewage oil at the scene of the accident was cleaned up by deploying oil booms and oil absorbent pads.
