Zhanjiang Port Offshore Oil Pollution Prevention commissioned

On the morning of November 22, the Zhanjiang Port Offshore Pollution Prevention Oil Spill Emergency Equipment Depot Operation Management Site Acceptance Meeting was held at the petrochemical terminal of Zhanjiang Port,  it was marked that the equipment depot was officially put into use.
 
After the equipment library is officially put into use, it will provide solid technical equipment guarantee for the further development of oil spill pollution prevention and control work for ships in the waters of Zhanjiang Port.
 
It is reported that the Zhanjiang Port Marine Pollution Prevention Oil Spill Emergency Equipment Depot is located at the petrochemical terminal of Zhanjiang Port. It is a medium-sized equipment depot with a comprehensive oil spill control capacity of 500 tons. The construction land area of the equipment warehouse project is 3680 square meters, and the construction area of the warehouse is 2960 square meters. Inside the warehouse, a batch of emergency water purification materials such as oil booms, oil skimmers, oil dispersants, and oil absorbent materials are stored in a centralized manner. They are uniformly operated and managed by a professional cleanup company and dispatched in accordance with the instructions of the Zhanjiang Maritime Bureau.
