The Beijing-Hangzhou Center of Transportation carried out dredging of Beijing-Hangzhou Canal channel

The Beijing-Hangzhou Center of the Provincial Department of Transportation took the initiative to coordinate the east route company of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project to carry out the dredging of the channel. It will used dredgers and silt curtains.At present, the dredging project of the Liuchang River section has been implemented, and the construction period is estimated to be 2 months; the Liangji Canal section is carrying out research on shallow water level measurement and construction schemes. After the fully completion of dredging work of the two lakes section, it will connect multiple ports and enterprises along the line, which will effectively boost the local economic development.
