On the morning of September 9, the Marine Patrol Law Enforcement Detachment of Yangpu Maritime Safety Administration held an autumn comprehensive drill at the maritime base wharf and the outer waters.It aims to further improve the maritime emergency rescue command and emergency response capabilities of the development zone.
The drill was simulated Haixun 11501ship had a mechanical failure during when it was outing on duty, then it lost power and ran aground, a person fell into the water, and it was occured the dangerous situations such as oil spill, fire and personal injury. After receiving the feedback, the command center immediately activated the emergency plan, and at the same time,they coordinated and commanded the sea cruise ship 1111 and the sea cruise ship 11503 to carry out rescue. Under the command of the command sea cruise ship 1111, were carried out emergency measures in an orderly manner,such as fuel transfer, personnel rescue, sea surface cleaning by using oil booms and oil absorbent pads and auxiliary shallow removal. The injured and drowning personnel were rescued in time, all dangers were effectively disposed, and the drill was ended successfully. After berthing, the staffs also carried out fire drill.
