Dongping Lake section of Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal dredging project will complete

    Dongping Lake section of Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal dredging project has a total length of 15.53 kilometers, and the estimated total investment is 371 million yuan. It is extended to the Laohu and Yinshan operation areas by the Bali Bay Ship Lock to the north through Huxin Island. It is reported that since the start of construction, the waterway project has progressed smoothly. Up to now, the accumulated dredging earthwork has been about 2.864 million square meters. It is in the stage of engineering shallowing and the dredging work is basically completed. It was deployed a large amount of silt curtains for dredging. Supporting projects such as sorting and aeronautical markings in the spoil area are accelerating. It is expected that all construction tasks will be completed in August and the conditions for acceptance will be met.
