Shell Zhejiang Jiaxing Oil Depot launched multi-sector emergency drill before the Spring Festival

At 14:15 on January 15, 2020, the oil tanker docked at the gasoline berth of Shell Zhejiang Petroleum Trading Co., Ltd. Jiaxing Oil Depot was undergoing oil recovery operations. A terrorist broke the oil recovery hose, causing the hose connection to rupture and a large amount of gasoline to be injected. On the wharf and in the waterway, after arresting the gangsters, there was a sudden fire when collecting the oil spill and the scene was in critical condition. The emergency team immediately responded. The Tongxiang Local Maritime Department and the Puyuan fire brigade rushed to the scene as soon as they received the alarm. They carried out fire fighting and oil spill disposal by using oil absorbent pads and oil absorbent socks. After 1 hour, the situation was under control and the drill was successfully concluded.
