Zaohuli Town fully carried out river dredging work

In order to dredge the agricultural irrigation riverbed and improve the surrounding environment of the river course, on April 13, the cadres and the masses of Zaohuli Town dredged the upstream river course of Cailiugou to make the river unobstructed, improve the water ecological environment, and enhance flood drainage, drainage and irrigation abilities.

The Cailiugou river course has been washed by rain for a long time, and mud and sand have been continuously washed into the river course,it caused excessive siltation of the river bed, affected the cleanliness and tidiness of the river course, weakened the water storage capacity of the river course, and also caused pollution to the water body. In order to better solve the watering problem of the masses, the cadres and the masses of Zaohuli Town used excavators,silt curtains and other mechanized equipment to completely remove the silt accumulated in the Cailiugou River. Up to now, the task of cleaning up the 500-meter section of Cailiugou has been completed. A total of nearly 4,000 cubic meters of silt were cleaned.
