In order to improve the emergency response abilities of marine emergencies,  take the rapid and effective emergency measures to quickly control crude oil leakage and pollution diffusion; to avoid and reduce casualties to the greatest extent, and to minimize economic losses. At the same time, it will test the operability of the contents of the marine oil spill emergency response plan and the emergency response capabilities of various departments after marine emergencies, Zhejiang Petrochemical Co., Ltd. organized and carried out maritime oil spill emergency drill.
 
On June 22, the participating units and ships on the Yushan side were ready to enter the drill preparation stage. With the command of the drill commander He Jianbo, the drill was officially begun: the drill set a submarine pipeline 1 km away from the landing end of Yushan. A nearby ship lifted anchors privately, causing the crude oil pipeline to leak. Radar monitoring personnel quickly turned the camera to check. In the video, a large area of oil pollution was found in the Yushan Island landing section. Subsequently, the company responded to the oil spill emergency response and carried out marine oil spill emergency repair operations and drilled the participating ships. There were 11 ships and 150 participants. participated in this drill.The drill is divided into 8 stages, including emergency response reporting procedures, technical professional emergency handling, material dispatch, emergency ship assembly, oil booms deployment, oil spill recovery, and diver water explore the pipes, pipe fixture installation and other subjects. During the drill, all professions and departments cooperated quickly, cooperated in an orderly manner, and handled properly, and successfully completed the exercise task.
