Dalian Maritime Bureau successfully carried out the 2019 ship oil spill emergency equipment operation drill

At 09:30, the drill was officially begun. The drill was simulated a cargo ship colliding with the dock during the berthing, the oil tank was damaged, and a large amount of crude oil was leaked into the sea.
 
At 09:40, upon received the accident report, Dalian Maritime Pollution Emergency Command immediately launched an emergency plan, dispatched multi-rotor drones and maritime work boats to the scene of the accident to monitor the oil spill dynamics. The drone displayed the scene of the accident in real time and then transferred to the headquarters.
 
At 09:50, the emergency headquarters urgently dispatched the clean-up ships in the nearby waters to the equipment warehouse terminal, and carried the national oil spill equipment to carry out emergency cleaning operations such as oil spill containment by deploying oil booms, over-loading unloading, recycling by using oil skimmers and spraying oil dispersants.
 
At 10:40, the assault boat was verified on the site, while the drones patrol was low toured by using sea and air for investigation, then they confirmed that a large amount of oil spilled from the sea surface was completely removed.
