Quanzhou Port Weitouwan Shijing waterway started the second-stage dredging project

Recently, the dredging project of the second phase of the Shijing lwateway in Quanzhou Port Weitouwan has started construction. So far, the second phase of the Shijing waterway has entered the full construction stage. Quanzhou Port Weitouwan Shijing waterway Phase II Project is a provincial demonstration project for comprehensive utilization of dredged materials, with a total investment of about 244.23 million yuan, including dredging projects and reef blasting projects. The reef blasting project started in December 2020, and the dredging project was suspended due to the impact of aquaculture encroachment and the disposal of dredged materials. This construction is a channel reconstruction and expansion project. It will used dredging ship(with silt curtains) for waterway dredging.The original Weitouwan 5000-ton channel will be deepened and widened, and local routes will be appropriately adjusted according to the water depth.
