On November 15,2017, Jiangsu Local maritime Bureau and Nanjing Local maritime Bureau was organized to carry out inland river ship distress rescue drill.
This water search and rescue drill has a total of three subjects, respectively, it was water life assistance, ship oil spill disposal, in the boat by, the review of the participating ships these three subjects, it was used new equipment, such as unmanned aerial vehicles,
oil spill containment booms, life-saving throwing machine and fast water plugging technology. Through the drill, it was maintained the water traffic safety, effectively disposed the distress rescue of inland river ships, and enhanced the water traffic emergency disposal ability of maritime departments
