Sanya is plan to implement rivers ecological rehabilitation

    Recently, the reporters were learned from the City Water Affairs Bureau that Sanya will implement Sanya Donghe River Ecological Rehabilitation project (from Chaojian Bridge to Sanqiao section of Xize ), Sanya Donghe River Ecological rehabilitation project (from Sanqiao section of Xize to Donghuan Hihaway Section), Sanya Xihe River Ecological Rehabilitation Project (from Ronggen Bridge to Western Highway section), Zhangbo River water Environment Comprehensive Regulation project (from 255 National Road to Western Highway Bridge section) these 4 sections of river regulation, it is planned to achieve the long-term goal of " clear water, green shore, beautiful landscape" ecological river and the "short-term for symptoms, long-term for root causes" of the management ideas and stage management objectives, it is laid the foundation for scientific guidance of Sanya water system management.
 
    It is understood that the main construction content s of the Sanya Donghe Ecological Re habilitation project (from Chaojian Bridge to Sanqiao section of Xize) and Sanya Xihe River Ecological Rehabilitation Project (from Ronggen Bridge to Western Highway section) were including the extension of the rivers, new ecological revetment, slow walking system, sewage treatment, construction of landscape, according to the government deployment of the PPP financing model, the source of funds is for the government investment and social funds, the project is estimated that the total investment is respectively  100 million Yuan.

    The construction of Sanya Donghe River Ecological rehabilitation project (from Sanqiao section of Xize to Donghuan Hihaway Section) is composed by 5 parts, including flood control dike project, river dredging project, sewage interception project, landscape upgrading project and ecological engineering, The main construction contents are included 3.02 kilometers of dredging length, new ecological revetment, Hydrophilic Platform, Plank Road corridor, bicycle road, people walk and so on, and carried on pollution control and ecological rehabilitation project. It will used silt curtains for carrying out silt clearance works.The project is estimated that the total investment is 530.7754 million Yuan, of which the construction cost is 234.0265 million Yuan and the other project cost is 296.7489 million Yuan.

    It is reported that Sanya Donghe River Ecological rehabilitation project (from Sanqiao section of Xize to Donghuan Hihaway Section) has been established a good relationships with the residential building, garden, water and other government departments, the work docking was smoothly, it has completed 21 sub-project site reconnaissance, the required basic information of landscape concept program has been collected in place, and it will consult the competent authorities on all 25 subprojects. In March, two projects must be started in the area, namely, Sanya Donghe River Ecological rehabilitation project (from Sanqiao section of Xize to Donghuan Hihaway Section), Lizhigou Road-Jinjiling Road-x820 Road pedestrian project. 2.9 kilometers waterway of Sanya Donghe River was planed to finish the first section of the 800-meter river (from Donghuan Highway to Yingbing Bridge section) on February 15 construction drawings, it was started on March 1 and ended on November 30, the remaining 2.1 kilometers waterway will completed the design on April 10, and it will plan to construct on June 10, and completed on December 31, 2018.
