At the same time, the project department took the many times to communicate with Ningbo Xiangshan County and two power plants and related interest units in advance, detailed understood the in and out of the port from the two power plant ships, and knew the occupation width of the waterway, draft depth and so on, and then they have told water consumption and related interest units from power plants by using their construction plan, they will always put safety in the forefront of the position. Since the commencement, the construction ships and the past ships were communicated smoothly, they were avoided in time, and they ensured the safety of construction as well as the normal coal-electricity transport of power plants. It will use some dredging machines and silt curtains first.
 
Xiangshan port entry waterway dredging project was mainly served the coal-electric transport ships of the Datang Wusha power plant and Guohua Ninghai power plant. At present, it was the peak usage of electricity in the summer, in a long period of high temperature and hot weather, the protection of power plants is an important local people's livelihood projects.
