    On the afternoon of June 27, Nanchuan District Environmental Protection Bureau and District Government Emergency Office were organized the 2017 emergency environmental incident drill. District Safety and Supervision Bureau, Water Affairs Bureau, Fire Brigade, Industrial Park, Radio and Television, News Center, Shujiang Town, Chongqing Jiangnan Chemical Co., Ltd. and other units were participated in the drill. The Emergency experts from department of the Environmental Protection Bureau and the city Environment Bureau came to the scene for observing and guiding.
 
    The drill was simulated that valve of nitric acid storage tank from Chongqing Jiangnan Chemical Co., Ltd. was happened leakage accident, it was resulted in nitric acid leakage into the Yuquan river, then it was caused environmental pollution and downstream residents drinking water security threat, it was exercised emergency report, emergency management, emergency termination and expert comments these four program scenarios. It was firstly laid out the oil booms to control the leaking nitric acid, then used oil absorbent mats for adsorption treatment, finally, they used oil skimmer to recover the remaining nitric acid. This drill was achieved the success.
 
    Through this drill, it was practiced the team, ran the mechanism, tested and improved the emergency disposal capacity of the relevant units, environmental protection teams and enterprises on the emergency environmental events. At the same time, this drill was first joined the emergency command system, such as audio and video communication equipment, the scene will be real-time into the Regional Environmental Protection Bureau Emergency Command Center, it was improved the information level of the drill.
