    On November 16, Chongqing Traffic Law Enforcement Corps was jointly cooperated with Chongqing Municipal Environmental Protection Group, Chongqing Water Rescue Center, Chongqing Fire Brigade Water Detachment to carry out main city water emergency disposal drill in the Zengjiayan waters of the Jialing River.

    This drill was simulated when the water environmental sanitation ship was carrying out the oil pollution receiving operations, it was happened the fire and the oily sewage leakage. At 15 o'clock, the drill was officially started. The drill command received a report: "When the Water sanitation No. 23rd" Ship was received the oil pollution water from the transshipment of "water sanitation 6th" ship in the vicinity waters of Sangang Plant, the fire was occurred, oil sewage was happened leakage, there was no casualties and there were carried out self-help and  requested rescue. After received the report, the drill commander immediately started emergency plans. Law Enforcement Corps Water Brigade was immediately dispatched “Chongqing Rescue No.110” law enforcement boat to the accident waters for implementing traffic control, Water Rescue Center was dispatched “Chongqing Rescue No.666” and  “Chongqing Rescue No.669” rescue boats to rush to the scene for rescuing, fire Squadron was sent "Fire No.02" fire ship to the scene for fire fighting, sanitation group was dispatched “water sanitation No.2, No.5 and No.7 ships to the accident waters for laying out the oil booms and oil absorbent mats for the disposal of oil spill, the emergency management of the work was tension and orderly advanced. At 16 O'Clock, the drill command was received a report, the accident ship fire was extinguished, the ship plugging was got success, the river oil clearance was finished and the water quality detection was achieved standard. The drill commander announced the finish of the drill, the water brigade was removed traffic control.

    The drill was totally dispatched 9 boats and more than 100 people rescue workers.
