Hainan Sanya launched dangerous goods wharf of firefighting and oil spill emergency drills in the Nanshan Terminal of the Sanya Zhonghai Oil Cliff City Operating Company. The drill was hosted by the Sanya Maritime Search and Rescue Sub-center and co-organized by the Emergency Office of Sanya City. There was no script and it was close to actual combat. The drill was simulated when the "Ya 13-1" platform guard ship was carried out oil replenishment operations in the Nanshan Terminal, due to the burst of the oil pipelines, it was caused diesel leakage, and the leaked diesel fuel subsequently caused fire due to unknown reasons. The Sanya Maritime Search and Rescue Sub-Centre coordinated emergency rescue forces such as fire prevention, rescue, maritime, transportation, 120 emergency centers, environmental protection, and Huali Clean-up Company to rush to the scene for carrying out emergency rescue work. They firstly used oil booms for controlling spilled oil, then used oil absorbent pads for oil spill absorbing and oil skimmers for residual oil recovery, Finally, they used water gun for fire fighting. So far, the drill was successfully completed.
