The dredging project of the Pingan River Bridge was passed

On the afternoon of the March 29, after review by the Provincial Waterway Bureau's expert group, the dredging project of the Ping River Bridge at Yanhe Waterway was passed the provincial acceptance.
 
Yanhe Tongjiang is one of the main trunk roads for water transport in Jiangsu Province. It is also an important part of the Lianyungang port cargo distribution and the city's inland container route. Due to the long period of sedimentation, large vessels are easy to navigate. In 2017, the Provincial Waterway Bureau decided to carry out special dredging for the northern section of Ping'an River Bridge in Guannan County of Yanhe Waterway to effectively solve the problem of “snapping neck” in some segments of Yanhe River, so that Yanhe River can fully exert the benefits of “golden waterway”. They firstly used silt curtains for control silt, then used dredger for dredging it.
 
The expert group conducted inspection and acceptance of the dredging project of the Ping River Bridge section of Yanhe Waterway through on-site inspections, listening to the work reports of various units, and consulting the relevant construction account information. According to the expert group's comprehensive opinions, the comprehensive rating of the dredging project at the Pingan River section of the Yanhe Waterway was got 95.5 points, and the quality grade was excellent. They all agreed that the project was approved.
