Zhoushan Port carried out maritime oil spill emergency drill

Recently, the maritime oil spill emergency drill was carried out at the Beilun anchorage, which was organized by the Oil Port Ferry Branch of Ningbo Zhoushan Port Co., Ltd.
 
The drill was consisted of three steps: oil spill control, oil spill recovery, and oil dispersant spraying. The firstly laid out oil booms for oil control and then used oil absorbent mats for oil spill recovery and finally spraying oil dispersants for residual oil recovery. It is worth mentioning that in order to obtain better drill results; the driller selected 2 tons of sawdust to simulate the leakage of crude oil in this drill.
