Zhoushan-Daishan Cross-sea Bridge was carried out maritime emergency rescue drill

At 10 o'clock on the morning of June 27, with the order of the on-site command, Zhoushan-Daishan Cross-sea Bridge Large-scale integrated maritime emergency rescue drill was officially started in the near waters of the Shuanghe River on the southwest side of Zhoushan Daishan Island.
At present, Zhoushan has entered into the main flood season, and it will enter into the typhoon period in July and August. In order to promote the construction units of the Zhoushan-Daishan Cross-sea Bridge to implement the main responsibility of the anti-resistance platform and improve the safety awareness and emergency response capability of the bridge construction personnel, Zhoushan Maritime Bureau and Ningbo-Zhoushan Port main channel project construction headquarters, China Communications Second Navigation Bureau Ningbo Zhoushan, The DSSG04 tender project department and the main channel project and the DSJL03 standard supervision department of the Ningbo-Zhoushan Port main channel carried out large-scale comprehensive emergency drill for the construction of ship anti-Typhoon evacuation, personnel rescue and oil spill removal in the construction waters of the bridge.
This drill was simulated the typhoon No. X in 2018 was gradually approaching. Under the guidance of the Zhoushan Maritime Bureau, the project of the fourth section of the Zhouyu Sea-crossing Bridge has started the emergency response of the Class III defense. During the evacuation process of the platform, a collision occurred with an alien sheltered ship that was mistakenly entered into the forbidden zone of the construction waters of the bridge. As a result, one construction crew on the ship was fallen into the water, and the oil tank was damaged, so it resulted in fuel oil into the sea. So they immediately deployed oil booms for controlling oil spill spreading, and then used oil absorbent pads for absorbing the fuel oil.
At 10:30, after all the participating vessels were evacuated to the designated position, the drill was successfully completed.
The drill participated in 14 ships and more than 100 participants; it was the largest comprehensive drill since the bridge was opened. This drill was truly simulated the various emergencies encountered during the evacuation of the Zhoushan-Daishan Sea-cross Bridge construction, it was effectively checked the linkage and cooperation of emergency response capability among the bridge command, various construction units, the maritime department and the social assistance unit.
