The 2018 Feng County rural river dredging and remediation project was basically completed

The construction of the rural river dredging project started on May 18, 2018, which was bid by the Jiangsu Huayu Water Conservancy Engineering Office. The earthwork has been completed and the supporting buildings have completed the underwater project. The project is scheduled to be completed by the end of this month.
 
The main implementation contents of the project are dredged 1.8 kilometers of Lukou River, and 47.35 kilometers of 10 township-level rivers such as the Dongyingzi River and No. 9 Ditch, regulated 33 pits and ponds in 22 administrative villages, and renovated 50 buildings, so the total earthwork was 2.2 million square meters. It was deployed silt curtains and dredger for dredging.
 
After the completion of the rural river dredging project, the new drainage capacity can be increased by 29.64 cubic meters per second, the water diversion capacity is 14.1 cubic meters per second, the river water storage capacity is 586,900 cubic meters, and the irrigation area is improved by 35,000 mu to solve problem of 22 administrative villages village drainage. At the same time, it can enrich water resources, beautify the water environment, turn the dirty pits into a "treasure bowl" of farmers, and realize the goal of river smooth, clear water, shore green and beautiful views, so that the majority of farmers can see the new changes, new weather and new achievements by constructing the harmonious society and water, it has significant social, economic and ecological benefits.
