15/Aug/2018
According to the annual work arrangement, the Donghai Rescue Bureau recently held a 2018 second quarter joint ship-shore emergency drill. The drill was simulated when the “Donghai Rescue 117” ship was ready in the Luhuashan waters, due to the oil refueling operation error; it was caused ship oil spill and water pollution danger. They immediately deployed oil booms and used oil absorbent pads. The ship and the shore-based department cooperated closely and coordinately, and completed various exercises and subjects effectively, and achieved the expected effect of the drill.

After the finish of the drill, the leaders of the participating bureaus organized the on-site personnel to evaluate the drill and put forward requirements for further work on the ship-shore drills. First, the measures before the exercise should be put in place in advance; second, strengthen personal protection during the disposal process; third, ensure that emergency materials are in place; fourth, further improve relevant emergency plans.
