The Yangtze River Anqing section Held Ship oil spill joint emergency drill

In order to effectively promote the green development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt and deepen the strategic thinking of the Yangtze River “together with great protection and no major development”, the Yangtze River Anqing section held a joint oil spill emergency drill in the waters of the Anqing South Waterway.
 
The drill was simulated when "Changjiang Xianglong X" oil tanker was sailing along the Anqing South Waterway, driving to the waters near the 2# Baifu of Anqing South Waterway, then it was colliding with the "Wuhu Ocean XX" ship, it was caused the shipboard to deform on the starboard side, and the crew immediately alerted the Anqing Maritime through VHF. After received the police, the maritime department immediately launched the "Ship Collision Emergency Disposal Plan", and organized the sea patrol boats to rush to the scene for rescuing, when the sea patrol ships maintained the ship docking, due to the the pipeline connection problem, it caused part of diesel oil leaked into the river., The maritime immediately launched the "Ship Pollution Prevention Emergency Disposal Plan", dispatched a number of sea patrol boats to implement temporary traffic control in the upstream and downstream waters, actively coordinated the relevant units and "Shunfa 168X" Tug ship to set up the oil booms and oil absorbent mats, and dispatched the clean-up ships to carry out oil spill recovery. Due to the favorable on-site command, the rescue method was appropriate. After all parties rescued, the oil pollution on the river surface was effectively disposed, and the oil spill was relieved. At the end of the exercise, the fire danger of the oil tanker was simulated. The sea patrol 12434 ship and the sea patrol 12317 ship, the “Changjiang Xianglong X” ship started the fire water mist for cooling. The oil tank terminal staff released dry powder and foam fire according to internal procedures. At 10 o'clock, the fire was extinguished and the scene was stable. At 10:15, after investigation by the Maritime, the escaped ship was successfully discovered. The law enforcement officers boarded the ship and inspected the ship and escorted the ship to the designated place for investigation and handling. The emergency drill was successfully completed.
 
The drill was involved waterborne joint law enforcement, ship firefighting and ship pollution prevention emergency. It was attended by 4 units including maritime, public security, PetroChina, Anhui Changjiang Environmental Protection Association and 7 boats, with more than 60 participants.
