Recently, Zhanjiang City Ecological Environment Bureau held environmental incidents emergency drill.
 
It was simulated the Municipal Ecological Environment Bureau received a call from the emergency management department that a vehicle rollover accident near a river in Luxi County was occured. There was gasoline leakage at the site and environmental pollution incidents may occur. After received the report, the Municipal Ecological Environment Bureau immediately launched the four-level emergency response of the Emergency Response Plan for Environmental Emergencies of Zhanjiang City Ecological Environment Bureau, and set up an on-site emergency headquarters. At the same time, emergency dispatchers such as environmental monitoring personnel were dispatched to the site for disposal.
 
Under the unified command of the on-site command, all work was carried out in an orderly manner: the emergency personnel checked the leakage, flow direction and range of gasoline on site, determined the monitoring points and monitoring items according to the scope and extent of the incident, and by using sand adsorption and oil absorbent pads and oil absorbent booms for leaked gasoline absorbing and recycling. It was prevented a wider range of pollution. After more than an hour of work, the oil was basically cleared and the drill was achieved a complete success. After the drill, all the participants participated in the environmental education base of Zhanjiang Biomass Power Plant.
