The disaster situation is set as follows: A cruise ship "Guizhoulong 3"carrying 96 people accidentally crashed into another civilian vessel due to flooding. During the conflict between the two parties, the opponent's personnel threw inflammable objects into the cabin of the ship. Escaped the scene, it was caused the "Guizhoulong-3" ship to be in distress and 96 people were trapped.
After the disaster, the Qianxinan Prefecture Fire Rescue Detachment quickly assembled a 40-person flood rescue and rescue team, 10 boats, 14 vehicles, 1 air rescue helicopter, and more than 800 sets of water rescue equipment. At the same time, the detachment command center quickly reported to the Provincial Fire Rescue Corps, initiated a cross-regional emergency rescue plan, and mobilized professional flood rescue and rescue teams of Anshun and Liupanshui detachments for reinforcement. Before and after the exercise, five exercise subjects were carried out, including accident alarm and emergency response, rescue of persons in distress, ship fire fighting, water spill control and removal by using oil booms and oil absorbent pads, and review of participating ships, finally, they successfully completed various water rescue tasks.
