In order to further do a good job in the supervision of water safety in the jurisdiction, continue to strengthen the emergency response and handling capabilities of maritime law enforcement personnel, optimize and improve various emergency plans, and make every effort to do a good job in water traffic safety management. Anqing Chizhou Maritime Department combined with the relevant requirements of the "Hundred Days of Safety in Flood Season" activities, organized law enforcement personnel to seriously carry out life-saving, fire-fighting, quick-recovery, and oil spill drills.
 
On the morning of July 29, the staffs on duty of Guichi Brigade held a mobilization meeting to prepare for the drill. The drill was simulated a personnel was falling into the waters of the jurisdiction. After receiving the police, the brigade personnel quickly got out of the boat, arrived in the waters where the incident occurred as soon as possible, and urgently carried out life-saving assistance. Subsequently, it was simulated fire occurred in a ship in the waters of the jurisdiction. The law enforcement officers strictly followed the drill plan with a clear division of labor and close collaboration. The engineers activated the fire pump for 2 minutes to discharge water to extinguish the fire. Finally, all the personnel carried out the ship oil spill drill together.It was used oil booms and oil absorbent pads for oil spill control and cleaning. After the exercise, the captain of the Law Enforcement Brigade commented on the exercise: The entire exercise process was reasonably arranged and the operation was effectively connected, and achieved the effects of the drill.
 
In the next step, the Anqing Chizhou Maritime Department will further improve the basic skills of law enforcement personnel in water emergency rescue and assistance, lay a solid foundation for emergency response, and maintain a stable water security situation in the jurisdiction.
