100% full coverage of the ship-shore pollution prevention joint drill

The Nanjiang Maritime Safety Administration carried out anti-pollution operation supervision and inspection and ship-shore pollution prevention joint drills to enhance and promote the emergency response and disposal capabilities of pollution accidents in the jurisdiction. Under the guidance of the Nanjiang Maritime Safety Administration, Tianjin Sinofuel Marine Fuel Co., Ltd. and the "Jinyou 4" ship carried out a joint ship-to-shore pollution prevention drill to improve the ship's oil spill emergency response capabilities in the jurisdiction and enhance the safety awareness of the ship. This drill was simulated when the docked "Jinyou 4" was loading with fuel oil. Due to the rupture of the oil pipe by the crew, a small amount of fuel oil leaked into the sea. The ship and shore parties immediately took a series of emergency measures such as stopping pumps, shutting valves, plugging, and cleaning up pollution by using oil booms and oil absorbent pads these oil spill response measures, and finally properly handled this oil spill accident. At present, the Nanjiang Maritime Safety Administration has conducted in-depth inspections of 100% full coverage of enterprises in its jurisdiction, and has urged 100% of the rectification rate. At the same time, it has realized 100% of the inspection of the work site records and 100% of the self-inspection rectification inspection.
